Getting There

The information in this section is correct as at March 2022. As airlines continue to add flights throughout the year this section will be updated to reflect these changes.

BY AIR

For departures out of KUALA LUMPUR:

• QATAR and ETIHAD will fly with one-stop back from Barcelona to Kuala Lumpur but 2 stops from Kuala Lumpur to Lisbon.

• For single airline tickets, only EMIRATES (via DXB) and TURKISH AIRLINES (via IST) will fly with one-stop to Lisbon AND back from Barcelona.

• Combining airlines such as MALAYSIA AIRLINES with BRITISH AIRWAYS or TAP (the national Portuguese airline) can also allow for a single stop journey each way.

For departures out of THE UK:

• Non-stop flights to Lisbon can be found on Easyjet, Ryanair, TAP, BA, Wizz Air

• Non-stop flights from Barcelona can be found on Vueling, Easyjet, BA, Ryanair, Iberia

SUGGESTED FLIGHT ITINERARIES

An open jaw (or multi-city) ticket on either TURKISH AIRLINES, EMIRATES, MALAYSIA AIRLINES & BRITISH AIRWAYS would be the fastest way to reach Lisbon (LIS) and return from Barcelona (BCN) with only a single stop to Malaysia. Please be aware that not all flights depart daily.
